Fairly quick chapter here where we run up the 5 floors of the facility, twice /sarcasm
First time, we make up to the roof and find not Balan, but the Greater Thunder Spirit Volt! Jude, Alvin and Elize are naturally surprised, since Volt was an out of control Origin we were forced to kill/fatally damage last game. Jude wonders if the researchers managed to recreate it, but Volt interrupts by shouting semi-formed sentences at us, which is more than it could do last time, and forcing a battle.
Which is annoying, due to the Burn status it and the lesser thunder spirits it summons inflicts on everyone :|
We get it down though, mostly due to it being weak to shot and me spamming guns with Ludger >.>, but it still has a spark(hurrhurr) of life left and rains down some lightning on the party HITTING LULU BADLY YES THE CAT FOLLOWS US EVERYWHERE. Elle flips, Ludger goes rage mode, and turns into the semi-armored form he had on the train and impales Volt. It fades away as black wisps like the crazy Julius did, and like that time, the gear from Volt stuck on the tip Ludger's spear shatters, as do the surroundings.
