I run around, do some quests to pay off my debt amount and buy new equipment, and Nova pops up to take my money and give a choice of what new area we can open up: Helioborg Research Center, or Martabord Processing Plant. I choose Helioborg simply because Balan, Alvin's cousin, works there and Jude mentioned wanting to see him earlier. I end up doing a lot of level grinding and item finding on the way there.

We arrive to find Arc Noah is doing their terrorist gig again, and Alvin who rushed over because he was worried about Balan. Chapter 4 starts, we add him to the party and then run about killing mooks and security monsters, and Jude and Alvin chat about how Alvin's new business is going. He's still into trolling little girls, but Elle doesn't fall for it much.
